With a range of state and county partners, provides subject matter expertise for statewide planning and training programs, as well as direct technical assistance with communities to implement these services. - HUD Technical Assistance - Leads a HUD-sponsored team to support the reduction of homelessness in rural Kentucky and Louisville, KY. Provides technical assistance on the implementation of regional plans, evaluates and analyzes system data to center equity in the system's unsheltered response, and provides support with accomplishing HUD's priority goals. - HUD SNAPS – Provides subject matter expertise on street outreach program design, Coordinated Entry standards, and encampment resolution strategy to The Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs.
