These machines can handle materials ranging from harder plastics like polycarbonate plastics to softer plastics such as low density polyethylene.As a full service thermoforming shop we can take your ideas from concept to completion. This process typically consists of design consultation, starting CAD drawing, pattern creation, prototyping, tooling, forming, trimming/secondary processing, packaging and shipping.Our sales team and technicians can walk you through the necessary steps for your project to determine the scope of the job up front insuring that a clear course of action is developed and followed from beginning to end.
