I work in a highly variable and dynamic possession within Interior Health with the Physician and Emergency Services Team. I build electronic templates for physician documentation for Meditech Expanse from requirements gathering through testing to final deployment working with physicians, nurses, clinical staff, health records, and more. I conduct training for physicians and emergency department staff for those new to IH and staff going through upgrade processes. I have been part of and led projects to test and implement new clinical systems and workflows. I routinely work with multidisciplinary teams to produce new solutions to customer requests and incidents.

Worked with small team to provide research and development capabilities for external clients. Took existing projects from clients, analyzed the system, and developed additional functionality to client needs. Additionally maintained documentation, created reports, and regularly met with clients to update them of progress and gather requirements and needs.
