Experience and Achievements:- Design, creation and implementation of a Quality Management System Scorecard Through Visual Basic and Visual Basic Application programming I created a user interface which interacts with the ERP system (SAP) and Excel to create the scorecards from one click for each cell.- Facilitated and completed PFMEA on systemic quality defects including; Metal scoring during high pressure testing interfaces (eliminated occurrences since PFMEA conclusion) Welding defects found during dye penetrant testing (increased first pass yield from 74% to 87%)- Guided the Connector and Welding Cell to Silver and Gold Zero Defect quality status respectively- Investigated and compiled Field Performance Reports (FPRs) - Presented Quarterly Quality updates to the Plant Operations Team, Global Quality Management and Customer representatives- Created, managed and coordinated the on time completion of the internal audit schedule Note: Zero Defect projects follow the 8D methodology to rectify and prevent reoccurrences detrimental to Quality through accurately targeting root causes. The results of which are presented to a global audience for best practice sharing.
