Engineering Degree Apprentice (Aerodynamics)
CurrentEngineering degree apprentice at Bentley Motors, in the aerodynamics department. Also, studying at the University of Warwick for a Bachelors of Engineering, on the Product Design and Development pathway.In my home team of aerodynamics projects have included wind tunnel process documentation, repeatability analysis and a low drag CFD/CAD study, alongside attending full and model scale wind tunnel tests.Placements:Production - June to September 2023I worked for the head of Continental assembly learning all about what goes on in production. Focus areas were electrical and interior quality tracking as well ergonomics on the line.Additive Manufacturing - January to April 2024The main project during this time was to investigate a possible new recycled material for use within Bentley’s AM facility as well as producing 3D printing/CAD guidelines for the aerodynamics team.
