 Manage a Business Development center for 19 retail locations for sales, service and marketing. Utilizing sig sigma and lean to determine deficiencies and maximize efficiencies. Piloted a phone system replacement project that involved multiple dealerships. This resulted in a decrease in dropped/abandoned calls and increased sales of 45% since inception.  Consolidated vendors for marketing strategy for multiple dealerships to deliver consistent relevant communications on multiple platforms.
