I Stepped up to become Team Lead and the main point of contact for the customer maintaining close contact through regular calls and site visits. The role extended my involvement with the customer taking customer requirements, scoping exercises, planning tasks within the in-house team, monitoring development tasks, testing and regular on-time-deliveries not just for myself but for the team. Also factoring in any one-off or ah-hoc requests that came from the customer.
