Job Responsibilities Included:* Carry out provisional, construction and as fitted drawings for all northern territory projects and some southern territory projects consisting of air conditioning, ventilation systems and controls.* Manage purchasing of equipment using specific accounting software for tracking purposes and to assist with cash flow forecasting.* Manage the company FGas software, this consisted of recording refrigerant gas charges to existing/new equipment across their working lifespan and build up an asset register of equipment details matched against individual sites. All the recording of refrigerant distributions are intended for tracking purposes and to comply with the new FGas legislation. * Estimating project tenders and providing cost submittals for small commercial projects.* Complete site specific risk assessments and method statements.
