Upon graduation from High school, I joined the U.S. Army as an infantryman. I served 4 years stationed at Fort Lewis, WA including a deployment to Iraq in 2006-2007. I exited the Army upon completion of my time and returned to SC in 2008 transitioning into the SC Army National Guard. In 2010 I returned to active duty in the army after serving almost two years in the National Guard. This same following my reclassification to a communications job (25Q). Since then I have served in Fort Benning, GA( now Fort Moore, GA), Camp Humphreys, Korea, and Fort Gordon, GA( now Fort Eisenhower, GA). During my time in Fort Eisenhower, I spent 9 months in Kuwait/ Iraq and 9 months in Bowlesawiec, Poland. In 2021 I moved to our current location Fort Bragg, NC( now Fort Liberty, NC) where I currently serve as the Primary COMSEC (Communications Security) account manager for my unit. My staff and I manage the ordering, distribution, and safeguarding of over 2,000 individual encryption keys. Our teams support units on worldwide deployments for training and real-world missions.
