I am an experienced Assistant Headteacher with over 10 years of leadership and management in education, passionate about creating impactful learning experiences. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of teaching strategies, staff development, and curriculum design, which has shaped my desire to transition into Learning and Development, Training, Content Design, or Project Management roles.In my current role, which includes leading Key Stage Two, English and Computing, I’ve led initiatives to improve teaching quality, spearheaded professional development programs for staff, and driven strategic projects that have positively impacted student outcomes and school operations.
