I used magnetic resonance microscopy to study hydration effects and material heterogeneity in Nafion-117 proton exchange polymer membranes.
As a chemical engineer intern I was responsible for characterizing, optimizing, and developing a standard operating procedure for an acid etch system that prepared rejected single crystal silicon wafers from the computer industry for use in photovoltaic energy panels.
