The face of an organization is something that represents that organization’s brand, something that sets the first impression, and something that leaves a meaningful impact on the consumer. As someone who has had significant experience in being the first to introduce consumers to an organization, I understand how to communicate, and most importantly, create bonds with consumers during the process of establishing a relationship. I have had previous experience at TwinStar Credit Union where I assisted members with financial transactions and helped establish loans and accounts alike. I am currently a full-time student at Central Washington University that is majoring in Business and minoring in Japanese. My specialties consist of customer service excellence, knowledge of computer applications, brand awareness, cultural proficiency, and knowledge of world history.
