Managed a staff of 116 employees through the Warehouse and Production departments. Worked on employees time-cards, attendance tracking, corrective actions, and Darigold Performance System for improvements in the business through financial projects, and Continues Skills Development for improvements to employee training.

OHL took over the account for the account I worked in at Exel Logistics. I started as a Material Handler, and Forklift Operator, and transitioned into Inventory/Quality department and worked my up to the Lead of 10 employees through 2 buildings, and several customers. I managed multiple Warehouse Management Software to keep inventory accurate through cycle counts, product rotations, and employee training to better service customers inventory for ordering purposes. I created and maintained a program for returning or disposing of damaged/expired hazardous products that corrected 136,000 items, and created enough space in the warehouse to sell to new customers.
