CurrentResponsible for all aspects of Loss Prevention and Risk Operations in stores across the UK and Ireland. Involved in all aspects of Loss Prevention across District 14 TJX A1/M1 corridor 12 Stores. I am now the loss prevention manager, managing 12 stores across the district and managing 18 Loss prevention investigators and Loss prevention Officers. Loss in the district my main objective is to minimize the financial and stock losses to the stores and business. Across the district I have a mixture of Tier 1,2,3,4 Main Responsibilities• Ensure appropriate resources is in stores across the district by both Loss prevention officers and advisor for both external and internal crime, focusing on Tier 1 and 2 stores where the highest loss is reported. • Ensure stores with no full time cover get the appropriate support and get a response to stop loss calls and reports of both internal and external incidents. • Conducted validation checks on Merchandise Protection• Validate all internal and external case files and investigations • Conduct associate awareness lessons in stores and validate back of house areas to ensure the business messages are being displayed. Express brand damage to associates and investigate • Validate fitting room/front line/processing room/ back door procedures are being followed as per the BSP (Best Standard Procedures)• Conduct Physical security Audits in stores and take any follow up action as and when required • Conduct store management meetings biweekly and discuss store shrink plans and any other issues which may arise in store to ensure the relationship between LP and operations continues to grow and both work together to reduce the shrink in stores. • Manage both loss prevention Officers and Advisers in store • Conduct internal investigations and take appropriate action including performance improvement plans.• Ensure Key performance indicators are being hit • Complete mid and end of year reviews for all LPA’s, LPOs.

I was part of a Loss Prevention Management team supporting 9 stores across the district with the responsibility of 3 stores and managing 10 Loss prevention Officers and Loss prevention Officers. Develop and implement training programs and initiatives for store retail teams to ensure the awareness of LP policy & process and the reduction of stock loss Deliver accurate and concise reports relating to stock-loss, incidents and patterns Work closely with retail operations, retail area and store management as well as a small internal asset protection team.
