My position was to help clients understand the needs of their facilities and being responsible for client contact and project development. Also, working with clients to understand energy savings opportunities and working to meet this need through performance contracting. This is a way to create project that may not have been viable due to lack of capital.

Responsible for marketing and sales of Wellness type projects that include Medical Based fitness centers, Community recreation centers, Fitness clubs and personal training studios to name a few. Other responsibilities include managing design / design teams as well as managing the construction portion of these projects.

Duties included coordinating with owner, consultants and local jurisdictions. My work included new project development from conception with owner information to completion of construction.
