Current- Member of senior management start up team responsible for overall operations, production and service for Shula’s 347 Grill and Marriott.
- Direct staff in the execution of all restaurant and hotel services. Hired and trained staff, coordinated employee schedules, conducted daily and monthly staff meetings and implemented employee incentive programs.
- Participated in improvements on infrastructure in order to manage and maintain operational costs
- Resolve customer service issues in order to improve overall clientele satisfaction.
- Assist with the creation and execution of advertising and marketing strategies of Shula’s 347 Grill for local and area demographics.
