Operational Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of bucking, trimming, and producing finished cannabis products.- Perform daily inventory checks at every stage of the production process to ensure accurate tracking of produced goods.- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and troubleshoot their sources, contributing to effective problem-solving.- Prepare reports on state-mandated transfers, as well as maintain comprehensive records of the products we produce, receive, and ship out.- Ensure compliance with regulations by properly storing wet/dry products and finished goods during production and storage.- Manage the tracking of incoming harvests from partner farms, including calculating yield percentages to assess the quantity and quality of each farm's products.
