Advanced Quality Manager(Steering Wheels)• Assure that company's quality procedures, standards and specifications are being followed accordingly.• Review of customer requirements and making sure they are met through the internal tools.• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers and provide support on supplier’s development.• Looking at projects to reduce waste and increase efficiency. • Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating team.• Monitor line performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports, assuring that production processes meet customer requirements in quality terms.• Coordinate changes and improvements for cost reduction.• Develop of quality tools making sure the staff understand how to work with.

- Track warranty improvement projects for completion, which entails regular review/update of status of engineering changes, financial approvals (PCBL-product change background letter), 8Ds, and implementation of containments at supplier, plant and in the field, including coordination with service parts for part readiness.- Mentor plant's staff on quality tools and processes to share best practices between manufacturing facilities. Ensure they have the tools and knowledge needed to prevent and resolve issues at their reach - Monitor warranty trends to identify areas of opportunity and initiate projects accordingly.- Visit manufacturing facilities on a regular basis to assess the quality of the products/process being built and interact with local manufacturing quality- Visit dealer and customer locations in coordination with field service to stay engaged with product performance from a reliability/quality standpoint- Attend regular meetings with business sales/service/prod development representatives to discuss priorities and align product improvement project with business immediate needs- Coordinate with manufacturing plants to conduct product quality reviews for executive reportout of quality metrics/performance on a quarterly basis- Lead efforts of early warning system for product launches. Conduct regular meetings to gather team to discuss containment and resolution.- Coordinate with customer service and service to help coordinate any compliance/field service action or proactive repair activity required.

• Administration and control of the activities carried out into the department. • Responsible for the Plastic Parts Process.• Maintain a vision of continuous improvement between supplier and EAP.• Responsible for providing technical backup to the internal customers about corrective actions from supplier.• Responsible to maintain and objective vision among the members of the team toward the continuous improvement.• Head in takes decision in results of analysis from quality issues.

• Responsible to approve the components for production and ensure the components meets the drawing specification.• Responsible to evaluate, analyze and approve components from supplier to the Process.• Assure the supplier understand customer engineering requirements & drawing specifications.• Coordinate drawing changes according the customer requirements.• Follow up the scheduling of PPAP’s.• Review and evaluate all the information from PPAP’s (Dimensional layout, flow chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, CPK, Gage R&R, Run@Rate.• Auditing supplier at shop floor to assure its process is according Flow Chart & Control Plan.
