I have served as the Director of Operations for Dynamic Fulfillment since it's founding, serving as the de facto head of all things related to day-to-day business operations. I joined the executive team of this newly-formed company when ownership of my previous employer was bought out, to help form the backbone of our enterprise, leveraging my years of experience and constant promotions through increasingly vital management positions under the previous owners, towards helping to guide this new business to seeing success.During my tenure as COO for Learning Systems I:• Increased profitability of the company by focusing on optimizing sales and fulfillment to lower overhead costs.• Increased employee utilization by over 23% across multiple departments, and secured up to a 98% satisfied fulfillment rate on all client services.• Implemented next-generation POS technology.

I was promoted from the support team lead when my company was bought out under new ownership, serving as customer service manager under the new company ownership. My role there was an expansion of my previous customer service and team lead experience, expanding into stewardship over client retention, client billing, and quality assurance.I excelled in this role, vastly improving client-experience and retention, while improving policies and processes across the board for operations fulfillment and internal QA and billing practices, to make the company run much more effectively.

I was in charge of all of the day-to-day tasks of the support division in our fulfillment department of the company's call center, responsible for coordinating all operations for support. This included ensuring clients were called back in a timely manner, workload was distributed evenly, and all of our company SLAs were met, while delivering a strong customer-experience.
