-Worked directly with VP of Production Finance to manage P&Ls, Forecasts, and Budgets for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, NY Spectacular, and Rockette’s Brand events. -Oversaw budget and expense tracking for all Production events. Responsibilities included preparing weekly expense tracking reports, creating GL coding strings to accommodate budget requirements, and regularly meeting with operation teams to ensure past and future expenses were being properly accounted for on both budget tracking reports and financial statements. -Acted as primary Finance contact for the Group Sales team regarding commission payments. Tasks included calculating monthly commission payments for 8-10 group ticket sellers, creating and presenting a monthly sales review, and providing payout scenarios for various commission plans.
