Responsible for life cycle logistics management of all parts and components for nuclear power plants and supporting systems. These responsibilities include projecting demand for components and parts through establishing shipboard configuration and stocking requirements, monitoring usage, and factoring on ship construction/refit/decommissioning plans. In matching assets to needs, cognizance of all aspects in logistics control is required, including: material planning, supply management, inventory control and storage, transportation, support in service, and disposal authorization. Extensive use and support of the Enterprise Business System, interaction with fleet, Government, and BPMI equipment cognizant personnel, and the development of solutions to complex logistics problems and issues involving formal oral and written communications as required. Maintaining and improving logistics processes while developing solutions to logistical issues with professional and independent judgement.

Responsible for creating, developing, and updating custom reports detailing the past, present, and future status of sales, opportunities, or leads. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to qualify leads and maintain Customer Relations Management (CRM) database. Provide accounting support, including trade and intercompany AP, expense reporting, payroll, and travel. Also, manage the fixed asset system, corporate credit card processing, along with monthly closing activities such as account reconciliations, accruals, and inventory management. Reports regularly to the on-site Controller, Director of Sales/Marketing, and Vice President to ensure data integrity and currently company standing.

Act as a central point of information for the Accounting, Marketing, Human Resource and Administration departments inside of the business unit. Manage the overall flow of information between the various branches and departments of the business. Responsibilities include but not limited to accounts payable, employee expense report reconciliation, managing certificates of insurance, monthly bank reconciliations, calculating PTO and OT, conducting phone and exit interviews, recruiting, coordinating safety committee, processing and maintaining government forms and regulations, and controlling leads.

Ensure that all warehousing activities are performed in the best efficient manner with economical utilization of facilities for storing, distribution, shipping, and receiving of materials and finished goods inventories within compliance of Corporation operating procedures.

Act as the main technical contact for customers, and oversee projects from start to finish on assigned jobs. Responsible for quoting testing requests, organizing final reports, invoicing, and generating status updates on current in-house assignments. Also relied upon by the United Kingdom branch to act as a liaison for foreign accounts.

Responsible for ensuring the quality handling of all packages within the facility, keeping daily inventory records of all packages within the facility, completing damaged package reports, scheduling appointments, and verifying correct addresses. Also responsible for performing administrative clerical work including but not limitedto document processing, record keeping, and report generation. Act as a liaison between operations, contractors, and customers to ensure shipment integrity and enhanced customer service.
