With over eight years of work experience in the swimming industry, I am passionate about leading and empowering swim teams with Nitro Swimming, where I currently serve as the Team Director. In this role, I oversee the operations, communications, and logistics of over 40 swim groups across four locations, ensuring a high-quality and safe experience for over 2500 swimmers and their families. I also collaborate with the coaching staff, the front desk team, and the swim team administrators to provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and implement policies and procedures. Previously, I worked as a Swim Team Administrator and a Front Desk employee at Nitro Swimming, where I gained valuable skills in Microsoft Office, business administration, and customer service. I am also a former Assistant Manager at Rick's Cleaners, where I learned how to manage staff, inventory, and cash flow. I have a strong interest in business administration and management, and I completed my associate degree in this field at Austin Community College in 2019. I am motivated by the mission of Nitro Swimming to foster a lifelong love of swimming and a positive attitude in every swimmer, and I am proud to be part of a team that values excellence, integrity, and innovation.
