As implementation lead, I was responsible for leading the team that coordinated application deployments across multiple applications. Critical aspects of this role required coordination between multiple technical groups to develop and execute detailed deployments plans. This involved working with the technical groups across impacted applications to build deployment plans that would serve as the playbook for all cutover activities. These deployment plans were vital for coordinating the team in simultaneous activities during our cutover window.

As a Product Owner, I was responsible for the vision of the client construction scheduling application and processes. In this role I was responsible for developing new scheduling business processes, requirements gathering for the creation of user stories, feature implementation, and development of the application roadmap.In this position, I consolidated and optimized various processes ranging from excel based data collection to paper management into a paired business and technology process. This process adoption was made possible by developing a flexible and user-friendly web application. The analysis and development were managed through a SCRUM methodology, ensuring stakeholder's feedback was received and incorporated early and often.

During this period, I transitioned from a business analyst role to the project manager of a project that involved the development and deployment of a customer portal web application. This web application was implemented as a custom-developed web application that integrates with the client's work management system to display project updates and other relevant project details to the customer. The implementation of the application saw great user adoption and high approval from client stakeholders by accomplishing our objective of greater customer communication and satisfaction.In my role as the project manager, I was responsible for the coordination of ongoing development and testing activities, stakeholder management, status reporting, and ensuring project documentation was completed.

Completed a Business Impact and Disaster Recovery analysis for processes identified as critical for day to day business operations. I capitalized on previous project experience to reinvent the BIA process by updating the information gathered to provide and the method of gathering process information. This resulted in higher-value outputs which enabled the team to identify several gaps in current state Disaster Recovery plans and detail the impacts of those gaps. Additionally, I identified an opportunity to integrate a module of existing software to manage DR/BIA plans which would result in lower overhead and a more maintainable plan.

Completed a Business Impact and Disaster Recovery analysis for 52 critical processes for a major Texas utility provider within a 5-week timeline. I utilized my analytical and information gathering skills to identify Recovery Point Objectives, Recovery Time Objectives, and current state disaster recovery capabilities for over 125 technology components identified in the BIA interviews. The results were presented to IT leadership along with recommendations for the future state to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the DR BIA processes.
