Be able to create and present custom solution designs in the form of diagrams, sandbox representations, and implementation strategies that will lead to successResponsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers which includes consistent updates to sales strategy briefings and solution design documentation that leads to closed won resultsFocuses on large, strategic, and complex sales opportunities that need creative Invoca solutions involving cross-departmental collaboration and leadership, in discussion and deliverables to the prospectDeliver on cross team initiatives that roll up to or are directly related to the highest company priorities in monthly/quarterly check ins (Product, Marketing, Engineering, CS)Be able to scope out and define process for new partnerships and Custom Integrations for the Invoca solutionBe able to consistently challenge the status quo with new ideas for improvement and then lead the change management process within Invoca with measurable results
