Advise Base Energy Managers and other installation staff on the acquisition of renewable energy and green power purchase strategy, rebates and other incentives. Monitor local, state and federal regulations as they related to renewable energy and utilities. Engage with stakeholders to ensure proper coordination/approval of projects. Evaluate installation operations and procedures to assist with building energy resilience attributes into normal and emergency operations.
