Student Affairs/Higher Education Professional with over a decade of full-time experience from working at several universities in both student affairs and academic services. Direct experience in the following areas: teaching first-year seminars, academic advising, academic coaching, tutoring services, student conduct, TRIO Programs, student activities, and residential life, including living-learning communities. Based on my experiences as a first-generation college graduate, my career interests involve leading programs about college access, retention & completion, academic advisement, student engagement, assessment, and student advocacy & support at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. My research interest is studying how higher education policies impact underrepresented college students' access, experiences, and outcomes.
