Responsible for the tasting room, including hiring, training and scheduling of all tasting room employees. Conceptualized and implemented new wine club structure to improve profitability, contributing to a 15% increase in direct sales. Worked the 2011 harvest at a Pinot noir, Pinot gris, Pinot blanc focused winery. From stenciling barrels to fruit sort to barreling down, I assisted the winemaking team with all harvest activities. Lab work, must additions, daily sampling, pump overs and punchdowns, barreling down and the cleaning and sanitization of all winery equipment were all part of my experience in the cellar.

Provided first class service to winery guests. Responsible for opening/closing tasting room, wine club events and off-site marketing for the winery. Relied on heavily by management as a lead associate and brand ambassador for the winery.
