Leads and manages the staffing and recruitment function to meet Mercy’s strategic hiring goals. Ensures adequate staffing is in place to meet the region’s needs.ResponsibilitiesManages the day-to-day activities of assigned region’s recruitment team.Assists in the development and implementation of retention strategies.Keeps abreast of and analyzes applicable employment laws as well as prevailing recruitment and retention market practices among other organizations.Assists in the selection of recruitment vendors, agencies, and/or consultants, as needed.Provides project management support during the implementation of various recruitment projects. Develops and manages all phases of the projects including project scope development, identification of resources, project plan development, monitoring and reporting.Collaborates with benefits, compensation, HRIS, payroll, finance, legal, MISD, human resources, and others as needed to ensure processes and solutions are effectively vetted and integrated.Delivers high quality recruitment services such that the function is perceived as service-oriented, credible, outcomes-driven, innovative, user-friendly, and responsive.Actively participates in the annual budget-planning process.Coordinates recruitment and retention for all assigned positionsEmploys qualified candidates

(i.e. intern, extern, scholarship, hiring events)Develops relationships with professional healthcare education programs. May meet with students rotating through on clinical experiences and/or coordinate periodic visits to professional programs.Represent Mercy in the community:

Recruiter: create job postings, search for qualified candidates, interview and hire individuals for various clinic positions Support and assist the Office Manager with various tasks including revising paperwork, supervising staff, faxing, copying, filing, outbound calling, running and creating reports, calculating payrollSet up, design, and attend health fairs and events to promote and market the clinic in and around the Northwest Arkansas area.
