EVV is a federal law requiring all In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) providers to use an electronic or telephonic method to submit timesheets. As a condition of employment, you are required to enroll in one of the following options prior to completing provider enrollment. Failure to register in an electronic timesheet option may result in a delay in receiving payment.OPTION 1: Electronic Services Portal (ESP) - ESP is an online website that allows you to submit IHSS timesheets with any device that accesses the internet, including smartphones, tablets, laptops and computers.
