I started at Century in the customer service department, it was my first time working in this field. I caught on very fast and loved the idea of helping people with a financial hardship and wanted more. I quickly became an negotiator (account manager) assistant, where I studied how to be an account manager. This included learning how to operate excel, word, outlook, and our CRM with proficiency. Within a year I became an account manager. In the past two years as an account manager I have helped our company grow and am now a veteran account manager specializing in negotiating the clients first settlement. This position is an important role to play as it lowers the cancellation rate of our clients and earns their trust. I truly love my field of work!
