Duties include: running bank transactions, verifying checks, and keeping a daily balance in vault and drawer. Assisted new and existing customers with daily banking needs such as: opening accounts, recommending products and customer service.

Responsible for the management of the entire bowling center i.e., reservations, front desk operations, handling customer service issues, assigning lanes, special event coordination, sales and promotion, facilities management, communication systems, safety and maintenance management, and vendor management. Responsible for all cash handling and reconciliation, i.e., collected all daily reports, counted money bags, entered data into excel, imported data into QuickBooks, printed profit/loss reports, sent all reports to corporate office, wrote checks, made deposits to bank, and handled the books for leagues. Assigned workforce scheduling to fifteen employees and was responsible for up to ten employees at all times. I formulated a better system for customer service.
