I served in many roles as I developed as a professional at Accenture, primarily supporting our AT&T/BellSouth relationship. I started as a Project Manager overseeing a 10-person development team. Within the first year, I became a Consultant, performing business process assessments and automation proposal development for various operations centers throughout the Southeast. One of the assessments evolved into a full life cycle application development effort, for which I wrote business specifications, system requirements, test plans for system and UAT, and was the ongoing SME representing business intent. I also served roles within Quality Assurance, Cross-Practice traceability, Data Architecture, and UAT Facilitation.
