Daniel is a senior at Arizona State University, pursuing a degree in Business Communications with a minor in Real Estate at the W.P. Carey School of Business. As a Dean’s New American Scholar, he has built a strong academic foundation in areas such as finance, business statistics, and real estate law. Daniel’s passion for leadership, sales, and real estate has been shaped by hands-on experiences, including managing 20 multifamily properties and overseeing 90+ tenants during his internship at Elizabeth Earl Enterprises.In addition to his academic work and internships, Daniel has embraced leadership roles, including serving as the former Diversity and Inclusion Chairman for Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. He also contributes to Sun Devil Leveraged Capital, collaborating on entrepreneurship, financial research, and analysis. With a focus on consistency and humility, Daniel believes that effective leadership is about leading by example and building strong, meaningful relationships. He’s dedicated to growing both personally and professionally every day.
