I conducted UX workshops, interviewed stakeholders, and delivered wireframes, designs, and prototypes. I also developed a design system, facilitated user testing, and directed live design workshops.

At Media Lab, I was responsible for managing the daily operations of the print center. I took great pride in ensuring that all printing of client marketing materials for large home builders was not only completed efficiently, but also to the highest quality standards. This involved coordinating with various departments, managing print jobs from start to finish, maintaining the two Canon CLC 5100 digital printers, and packing and shipping all materials to the clients.
