Some of my accomplishments include:• Designing & Executing on the Architectural Review Board (ARB), which found $1.45M in cost avoidance or cost savings in it's first year of existence. SLA for review averaged 22 days, with most submissions turned around in less than a week.• Utilized a $1.5M professional services budget to uncover optimization opportunities across a variety of capabilities in the enterprise. Most notably led the way for rationalizing our high-velocity business, which has led to expansion into rationalizing our lead-to-cash capability and is driving execution for FY24 planning.• Stood up our strategic planning and enterprise modeling system, BizzDesign, and leveraged it to collect our application inventory of 235 applications. Enabled the ARB processes, as well as financial and architectural application rationalization at a capability, process, function, and component level. Implemented Level 1 & 2 capability maps, as well as 11 core reference architecture cards for key capabilities. Created six essential dashboards used by leadership to see the value Enterprise Architecture and Innovation is driving across the company.• Led an application rationalization effort in FY23 to uncover $3M+ in opportunity for cost savings. Executed on rationalization of our project management tools inventory, reducing costs by $500k by end of 2023, with no effect to the business' PMO capabilities.• Introduced RPA to the enterprise through UIPath, and uncovered $200k of productivity savings and risk reductions through ten processes in four weeks.
