From a young age, my curiosity drove me to take things apart and understand how they work, sparking a lifelong passion for technology and problem-solving. I vividly remember rewiring my TDK 90 cassette tape to play backwards – why not?My career began in a startup environment, where we developed modern workplace systems and facilitated access to critical data over GPRS networks. Innovating our own NOC out of aggregated private APNs and sending push messages to an Ericsson T28 – those were the days! I continued in technical roles, collaborating with government and enterprise customers across the UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia, providing consultancy on enabling business productivity using modern technology.In 2013, I transitioned to sales, leveraging my technical background to articulate complex products and features into tangible business value. My curiosity-driven approach and technical expertise help me uncover real business challenges and craft solutions that make clients successful.I moved to Australia in 2015, and for the past seven years, I have thrived in a player-coach capacity, guiding a talented team while embracing leadership principles rooted in culture, strategy, and execution. I believe that effective collaboration, clear objectives, and shared responsibility are the foundations of success. Working in resource-strapped environments has made me a proactive and hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to make things happen. My experience spans all facets of business growth, including operations, channel, and marketing, making me a well-rounded leader. My resilience and determination ensure that I persevere, even when faced with persistent challenges.
