Served as the principal employee tasking and training adviser for over 400 personnel, responsible for their professional development and training to meet the organization’s objectives and the service requirements of its customers. I was the consultant to senior management within the Army’s only active-duty Space Battalion where I was responsible for enforcing and setting policies and developing training plans to meet those objectives in support of providing space situational awareness and Army Space support to Presidential level missions in the United States Army Central Command theaters, optimizing Space Battle Management. During my tenure, I assisted in the facilitation in the organizational restructuring in the creation of an additional company to provide space situational awareness that required the transfer of over 120 personnel and $12 million worth of equipment.
