My role on joining NetApp was as a Systems Engineer aligned to the UK Healthcare and Local Government business. In this role I worked on a large number of accounts of varying sizes, both directly and through channel partners, developing a strong understanding of the challenges and objectives of Public Sector organisations. My responsibility was to understand the business challenges of these customers, and to develop technical relationships, strategies and initiatives in line with these. This involved exercising my broader knowledge of technology to collate complex requirements and information from a multitude of stakeholders including those internal to my customers, their associated Systems Integrators, and other technology vendors in order to assist in architecting large, multifaceted solutions.

NCE are an independent specialist in data storage, virtualisation and backup. My role at NCE was both to provide pre-sales support and to deliver professional services within the solution sales team who consistently achieved and surpassed financial targets.
