Oversaw the complete project, from re-implementing Salesforce as the front end to implementing MS Dynamics GP to replace Quickbooks. Hands on data extraction and import. Create new reports and rewrite existing reports within the new framework. Refocusing of the company to grow and realign responsibilities and accountability. Currently live in the USA and CanadaProject Manager/Implementer for Fishbowl Inventory for a small fulfilment startup. Integrated Fishbowl Inventory with an existing Quickbooks installation to create a new fulfilment business. 100 day schedule, met and in operation since July 1, 2015. Majority of sales are automated to cut expenses and speed up processing time. Currently undergoing talks to help expand to multiple customers.

Working with 7 divisions to integrate information between the separate divisions and the overall corporate Aerostructures Division to optimize operations and increase profit. I oversaw the migration to a common network domain and upgrade to Windows 7 Enterprise from Windows XP.• Completed the migration of one division to the latest version of Epicor Vantage 8.03 MRP software from a failing MRP system. • Successfully went live and integrated into the PCC corporate standards. Created a plan of urgency for one of our newest acquisitions to implement a new building on time and on budget.

I was working with 5 divisions to maximize information between the individual divisions and the corporate office to optimize operations and increase profit in preparation for a sale of the entire enterprise. Re-implementing the ERP software to use it’s built in functionality and train our users how to maximize the software to benefit scheduling, inventory, sales and profit.• Due to my efforts, I helped in the sale of the business to PCC Aerostructures. I led the IT Integration team to fully integrate the business into PCC. I was a key person in the integration of the Synchronous Data Center for the PCC Aerostructures division.• I re-implemented Epicor Vantage 8.03 MRP software to overcome delivery and profit issues. The software had been in place for 1 year with major holes in the implementation and training of the users.I lead the team to combine two like businesses into one legal entity using the best practices already setup for one of the businesses.• I upgraded all remote division hardware to remove equipment that was in excess of five years old.• I created 3 year plan of urgency and 5 year IT plan to support the growth of the business.I lead our team to move our Corporate Data Center to our new Telecom Partner. Upgraded all connectivity within all divisions to consolidate and save budget where possible, increasing bandwidth in the process.I finished 3 stagnant projects for the finance group, recouping the original investment and utilizing the already purchased software.

We document each company structure down to the employee level to analyze strengths and opportunities for improvements. We also provide an in-depth document on needed growth strategies and process improvements.I am currently working with a healthcare company based in NJ in their conversion from an AS/400 based ERP system to Oracle. All documentation duties and a knowledge draw on my experience with this conversion. Since I have been through this conversion with great sucess, my skill level is very high. I was instrumental in 3 acquisitions, providing systems and personnel integrations. I was able to formulate an overall strategy, technology, customer service, distribution and training to drive business expansion through a reporting and metrics portal. I worked directly at the division level to help grow revenue and drive cost down through use of performance dashboards.• I led the conversion from an AS/400-based JD Edwards MRP system to one common Oracle 9i solution, which resulted in an entire division running on a centralized platform. I was recognized for leading the quickest and most accurate conversion in the division.• I designed a streamlined intranet for metrics based on data from Oracle 9i platform using ETL, SQL and ASP, which resulted in an integrated set of reports for consistency in financials.• I lead the development of a very responsive, enthusiastic and loyal team across multiple states and time zones.
