Dynamic educator with over twenty years experience serving students from K-12 in diverse and underrepresented communities. Committed to making a lasting impact on students, families, and school communities through strong organization, communication, planning, team collaboration, creative problem solving skills, and critical thinking abilities. I use these skill sets across a range of fields including early learning, political action, rural education, urban education, and special education. I am passionate about using my knowledge in the fields of higher education, education policy, and social change at both an urban and rural level. I believe in using a Multi-Tiered System of Support in all realms including attendance, behavior, and academics, relying on data analysis and intervention cycles.
