Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Need (SON), conduct market research with regard to like vendors, serve as task monitors on contracts, travel to Pascagoula, MS at least twice a year to meet with staff on contractual needs, tour labs of purchased equipment, exercise options for existing contracts, receive and process invoices for payment to finance, forecast budget needs, run budget reports, travel expense approval, conduct market research, prepared the first for my organization the Workforce Plan and Staffing plan.
