Corporate Communications Manager
CurrentDevelop and execute organizational strategies for $1 billion real estate company with nearly 1,800 employees in DC area. Oversee change management and employee engagement programs. Partner with senior and department leaders and business units to execute internal communications driving priorities and internal brand. Collaborate with human resources to understand employee needs and coordinate engagement strategies including perks. Manage employee volunteerism programs including administering events, building nonprofit partnerships, tracking employee participation, and developing storytelling content.Produce marketing communications including media submissions, press releases, promotional materials, and website content, and manage media relations.
