Performs duties assigned by Compliance Program Leadership.● Maintains a competent level of knowledge of the requirements of various consumer protection anddisclosure laws and regulations.● Assists in the compilation of data for compliance testing reviews, regulatory examinations, and/orregulatory reporting as needed.● Works with the Compliance staff and other Bank employees on compliance issues.● Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.● Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.● Collect, validate, and analyze loan data to ensure compliance with HMDA reporting requirements.● Participate in preparation of HMDA LAR.● Research and resolve HMDA exceptions identified.● Review data entry of fellow team members to ensure accuracy through the second review process.● Perform targeted reviews for specific HMDA data points

Negotiate modifications, hardships, short sales and deed in lieu.● Assist customers with rate modifications, deed in lieu, and stipulation consent orders.● Maintain Fannie Mae standard regulatory requirements.● Sort daily insurance correspondence, contact insurance agents to obtain escrow invoices or/and current policies.● Exhaust various research avenues to determine origination of account discrepancy in relation to escrow, account reconciliation, resolution denials.● Coordinate with internal areas of transaction management, security movement, income collections, and wires.● Ensure that the collateral is setup accurately into the system.● Sort daily tax correspondence, contact the county clerk to obtain escrow invoices.● Ensure that all mortgages held with PMI are accurate and correctly disbursed monthly.

• Provide exceptional member service to both internal and external members.• Assist members primarily over the phone with all requests; all AFCU loan and deposit products; and all AFCU services.• Effectively communicate with members or team members to obtain documentation or additional information to complete requests.• Responsible for originating loan requests by members and submit applications for approval through proper channels.• Responsible for reviewing loan decisions with member. Strive to establish and/or maintain member goodwill by assisting members with alternative methods of financing when necessary and refer members with financial difficulties to Consumer Credit Counseling.• Responsible for scheduling and/or perform loan closings on consumer loans.• Responsible for cross-selling financial services appropriate to each member’s personal financial needs, including-but not limited to savings and lending products as well as ancillary products and services.• Assist members with inquiries concerning all lending and deposit products, services, policies, and procedures.• Assist members with opening and closing any accounts/memberships.• Assist members with electronic services such as online banking, bill payment and mobile deposit.• Act as liaison with other departments until all processes are complete.• Issue GAP Coverage contracts, Extended Warranty contracts, and Debt Cancellations.• Meet and maintain department performance metrics as measured through productivity, sales, and quality initiatives.• Assist in ensuring the security of all sensitive information and materials needed for daily operation.• Perform supervisory inquires in escalated situations.• Addressed negative customer feedback immediately.• Developed rapport member base by handling difficult issues with professionalism.• Provide a high level of product and leadership support to peers and members.
