Support of government provided computers, printers, and computer peripherals used for supporting ULLS-A (E) and other Army Fleet Support business processes.• Assist 3000+ network users in resolving various computer software and hardware issues• Track, record and report all user issues forwarded through the ITS help desk system (Track-it!)• Perform daily and periodic computer, printer, and peripheral maintenance as required• Maintain and follow various maintenance tracking and ticketing policies and procedures while documenting steps taken to correct various issues with software, network access and computer hardware• Maintain and follow company and DOD standards while handling sensitive/confidential equipment, documents, and information• Configure, maintain and deploy Windows 7 and Windows XP images using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2012 (MDT 2012) & System Center Configuration Manager 2007 (SCCM 2007)• Advise and assist in the relocation, upgrade, and replacement of IT equipment • Maintain user accounts and computer accounts using Active Directory• Manage and maintain Windows Server 2008 R2 print server
