Responsible for solving complex problems and implementing new ideas.Specifics: Created a process that once the customer had selected their configuration the drawings were automatically attached to the airplane. Created a strategy and infrastructure where all design organizations discussed where they planned to map their drawings so all mapping was consistent, thus reducing the initial engineering design hours and engineering customer introduction hours. Created Program Feature Management Stragtegy (PFMS) to map modules (Drawings) to options (offers to customer)
