Key projects being:• Manufacturing and Distribution Network Strategy Projects- Executed a project on Network Optimization [Manufacturing and subsequent Distribution] for spreads food products category of world’s top CPG firm using Supply Chain Guru- The exercise was conducted for the entire Europe Network consisting of 9 major existing and potential manufacturing sites and 22 Distribution Centers resulting in restructured cost savings of up to €30 million- Similar exercises are carried out for Savoury category in Europe• Production Run Strategies- Formulated Manufacturing Run (Scheduling / Batch Size/ Pre-build etc.) strategies to achieve low cost manufacturing across 4 Indian factories and 8 European Factories for Ice Cream Category- Devised a tool which can be used by planners to identify potential savings opportunities by revising production plan to reduce different cost heads (changeover cost, inventory cost etc.)• Logistics & Distribution Projects- Executed Logistics efficiency project in Africa to reduce overall logistics cost; Conducted logistics benchmarking- Performed Asset effectiveness analysis in POS to identify potential opportunities to relocate/ reduce fixed cost• Promotions & Product Strategies- Conducted Promotions Effectiveness analysis for spreads category in Europe including break-even analysis and cannibalization to identify poor-performing promotions & devise promotions strategies- Pricing analysis to find optimum price point to maximize revenues for 2 categories across 2 geographies• Competition Landscaping- Analysis of product formulations & raw materials for Ice Cream & Savoury categories to drive lower supply cost
