Provided front line support for real-time operating systems and SNMP networking protocols, using Oracle-based (Teleservice) tools and Vantive. Managed four software support engineers. Created HTML and text documents, along with an internal website for use by my support engineers to make their jobs easier. Authored over 40 documents pertaining to commonly-reported problems associated with the SNMP product. Ported these docs to a company-maintained website, accessible to customers. Collected old email into a searchable database for rapid reference to similar problems during support sessions.
