The programme delivered a fully managed and refreshed desktop environment to the user base, retiring XP and replacing with Windows 7 by utilising Citrix, SCCM and AppSense. Key activities included, running test workshops with UAT users, Windows 7 build test execution, AppSense test suite execution, defect management and reporting and overall co-ordination of UAT with end users. - Worked within the Oracle Programme team, supporting the test manager as a Test Co-ordinator for all testing activities of the Oracle e-Business suite, associated with the implementation of new partners and agencies in to an established Oracle environment. - EggPlant Test Automation POC. Analysed business processes by conducting side by side interviews and demos of the Oracle e-Business suite, created detailed diagrams of the business process flows, assisted in creation of demo scripts for 2 key business processes which were then presented to senior Oracle stakeholders within the business. - Testing Assurance role supporting the Testing Assurance Senior ICT Officer in managing the business process & acceptance testing of projects to ensure that new and upgraded systems were shown to be fit for purpose and meet defined business expectations and quality standards as defined by the business unit. The implementation of this project also included the migration to Dynamic Data Authentication (DDA). Another accomplishment would be providing consultancy and testing knowledge/skills to Canadian lines of business during the implementation of EMV (M/Chip application) for the Canadian Card arm of the Company.
