Same Roll, same company, different name (Wunderlich-Malec Engineering, Case RMC), and now employee owned! The upgrade includes converting and compiling the GAP application program with Coder 5.0 or higher. Expansion Chassis applications upgrades would also include replacing transceiver modules with RTN (Real Time Network) module, replacing Transceiver cables with Ethernet cables and, if applicable adding Ethernet switches.

Field Service EngineerInstallation and supervision of mechanical and electrical controls of Steam, Gas, and Geothermal Turbine retrofit applications. Applications include power generation, Oil & Gas, Co-generation, Water and Gas pump stations. I specialize in site specific engineering and modification of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical controls. I perform mechanical commissioning and device calibration of many end devises and have no problem learning and calibrating new devices. I demo and install complete electrical control systems from the power for the control system to the I/O, relay logic and end devices. I am expected to read, learn and utilize site specific drawings; (electrical and mechanical) to determine the devices and wires necessary for demolition and installation. I spend much of my time supervising and working with local contract labor, including electrical, mechanical and welding/pipe fitter crews (Union and non-Union). I am expected to accurately calculate, purchase and supply job site materials, tool rental and layout scaffolding erection. Annual and bi annual inspections of gas turbines are not in my daily routine but have been part of my experience while employed with my current employer.
