Global responsibility for the development and implementation of technical strategies for industrial and institutional (I&I) and hard-surface cleaning; extensive interaction and co-development with customers; manage a research staff of five to support development projects; daily communication with global colleagues to coordinate technical efforts; extensive domestic and global travel (roughly 40%); core technology areas include cationic, nonionic, anionic and zwitterionic surfactants, soil-release polymers, color care additives, bleach activators, polymeric thickeners and silicate builders.
